How To Re-Enforce Connecting String Light Strands

Tools Needed:

• 2 strands of string lights
• 1 black zip tie
• Nippers

You’ll basically be tying the lights around each other and then securing with a zip tie. This will prevent the lights from coming unplugged from one another when any pressure is added.

1. Bring the 2 connecting ends of the lights together and tie them around each other before plugging them into each other.
2. Wrap a black zip tie around the 2 plugged in pieces. Pull tight and cut off any excess zip tie.
