HERE'S A LITTLE BIT ABOUT HOW IYN STANDS CAME TO LIFE

Like so many other inventions, IYN STANDS originated from a personal need. I wanted to add a bit of privacy & ambiance to my own backyard. I was in the event lighting industry, operating my rental company with the help of my family when I realized I wanted to hang string lights and privacy screening to my own patio.  I searched the internet for installation options, something other than the wine barrels that my rental company was using, but found nothing.  

And so began the jerry-rigging, makeshift, DIY process of trying to find a stable way to hang bamboo screening and string lights. Fast forward a year and multiple inquiries from our rental company customers asking for a solution to hang string lights on their patios! Pressure and inspiration collided.  Before long my brother was welding prototypes and various designs were gaining life. 

Now, thanks to several local partnerships, we have patented, sturdy steel poles that will securely attach to wood decks or concrete patios allowing anyone to hang lights and screening. We also have a patented portable tank stand that can be filled with water or sand. Patios just got a lot more inviting!
